Although the Department of Water and Power was awarded $113 million in federal stimulus funds, it has only created 67 jobs with the money, according to a new report by City Controller Wendy Greuel.
Greuel, in her fourth audit of how the city is spending American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds, criticized the utility for being too slow to create economic benefits as intended by the law.See the full content of this document
