BOSTON - Given the Lakers' dominance over the Boston Celtics in the lane during the first two games of the NBA Finals, it stood to reason they would try to exploit their advantage in Game 3 Tuesday.

The Lakers dropped the ball inside to 7-footers Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol and they scored early and often in Games 1 and 2. They could have done more if they had received the ball more often, according to Bynum.
