The No. 17 Pepperdine men's tennis team made history on Sunday afternoon as it captured its 40th WCC Championship and 19th consecutive title after defeating San Diego, 4-1, in the finals.

The Waves allowed only one point to be scored throughout the entire tournament. Pepperdine defeated both San Francisco and Santa Clara 4-0, in the earlier rounds.
